Easy Funeral Potatoes

ok so first of all- this recipe is enough for one large 9x13 casserole, plus 3 small 6x8 freezer containers.  As with any casserole it's just as easy to make a double or triple batch while you're doing it.  So that's what I do and freeze the extra for quick and easy dinners in the future.

1 1/2 bunches of green onions- chopped
7 thick slices of ham- cubed
16 oz tub sour cream
3 cans cream of chicken soup
1 large bag of potato cubes (or shredded)
cheese- for topping

Mix first 4, then add potatoes, pour into casserole dish,  then top with cheese.  Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
