Baked Trout

We got some trout from my brother- the fishing king.  Since we want to start having fish more often (yet I have little to no experience cooking it) this was the first time I have ever baked fish!

The trout were headless, gutted, and cleaned off.

In a bowl mix:
2 T. lemon pepper seasoning
1 T. Garlic & herb seasoning
2-3 T. chopped garlic (I use the bottled kind from Costco)
1 T. lemon juice
mix to make a paste

Lay each fish on some tinfoil
Inside each fish place a spoonful of the seasoning mixture, and 1 T. of butter
Wrap the fish up in the tinfoil.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes

It was really flaky and good and didn't have too strong of a fish taste.
