Chicken Croissant Sandwich

Using some bottled chicken to make a chicken sandwich-
The bottled chicken doesn't LOOK appetising, but it's really moist and good!  Bottling chicken is a great way to have shelf stable chicken in your food storage- I HIGHLY recommend it! Because it's a meat you HAVE to bottle it with a pressure canner.

Just strain the juice from the bottle, then pour out the chicken into a bowl.  Add Mayo & mustard to your desired consistency.
(some people like to add grapes, nuts, etc. but I made this one simple)

cut a croissant in half and spread the chicken mixture on one side, and poppy seed dressing on the other side.  I LOVE this brand of poppy seed dressing!
That's it! A simple, tasty croissant sandwich!
