This was really easy to make and had great flavor. Best of all it's healthy and better for you than store bought "easy" stir frys.
In a frying pan:
1/4 c. canola oil
stir fry beef
Cook briefly then add:
1/2 T. minced garlic
a pinch of ginger
3-4T soy sauce
Mix well with the meat, then add:
Stir fry veggie assortment of your choice
Broccoli, green beans, squash, zucchini, peppers, carrots, water chestnuts, sugar snap peas, etc.
Cook until meat is done and veggies are cooked.
Serve over rice
