Sweet & Sour Pork

Tonight was a super easy dinner!

Using one of my quart sized jars of bottled pork made it super fast and delicious!
(see bottled meats in food storage)

Cook enough rice for your family

Dump the jar of pork meat into a frying pan (or cook cubed pork)
1/2 of a large can of pineapple
1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 T. honey
2 t. cornstarch

mix well until it starts to thicken up, add 1/2 of the can of pineapple, then serve over rice.
