Her basic recipe:
1 package of noodles (any shape you like)- cooked
2-4 chicken breasts-cooked
1- 8oz cream cheese
3/4 c. mayo
1 T chives
1 t. garlic powder
1 t. onion powder (or onion salt)
1/4 t. paprika
Mix all together. It's great warm or cold!
My variations-(done in different batches)
1 can of peas
1 can of marinated artichoke hearts
omit or decrease cream cheese
it's a GREAT salad! Perfect for Summer picnics or camping!
This is also a very easy recipe to make with your food storage items.
