It's a great healthy dinner to make too!
Slice your chicken breast in half but not all the way and open it (like a butterfly)
lay wax paper or saran wrap above and below the chicken and pound it (I use my rolling pin) until it is about 1/2 inch thin
Lay Swiss cheese & ham lunch meat on one side of the chicken then fold the other half on top
In a bowl lightly beat a couple of eggs (depending on how many chicken breasts you're making)
on a plate sprinkle a good amount of seasoned bread crumbs- (you can season your own or buy the pre-seasoned ones)
Coat the chicken breast in the eggs then the bread crumbs.
Bake at 350 until chicken is cooked
drizzle olive oil into a frying pan and cook the chicken on med with a lid until fully cooked.
