Dutch Oven Potatoes

These can be made in a dutch oven, or like I did tonight- in a frying pan.
Cut up bacon, place in pan and cook slightly

Add 1/2 chopped onion

(no need to add oil because the bacon provides it!)
cook for a few minutes together then add:
sliced potatoes
Salt and pepper as desired
Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are cooked through.
Easy and Delicious!
