In a frying pan cook up 3-4 slices of bacon. You can cut it before or crumble it after- either way.
remove bacon and add hash browns to the bacon grease (no butter needed, or you can drain the grease and add butter)
Once hash browns are starting to brown up a little, add crumbled bacon to the hash browns.
Mix the two together a bit, then make little dips in the hash browns.
Crack an egg into each dip and cover the pan with a lid.
Cook until your egg is desired stage (hard or soft yolk).
