Crockpot Mushroom Chicken

I was feeling creative (and somewhat lazy) when it came to planning dinner tonight, so I chose to throw a few random things in the crock pot and see how they turned out.  WINNER! My family LOVED it!  So here's what I combined:

In a crockpot put:
chicken (I did raw frozen tenders)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can mushrooms

Cook on high for 3 hours then add:
8 oz cream cheese
1/3 c. shredded cheese (I used colby-jack)
1 t. garlic powder
1 t. onion salt

Cook for another 30 minutes or until ingredients are mixed well and chicken is cooked fully.

Serve over rice!
