This recipe is from my friend Danielle. She made this chicken salad for bunko last week and it was AMAZING! You can have it with crackers or on bread.
1# chicken- Danielle used the meat off a rotisserie chicken, I just boiled some chicken tenders- either way works, jut chop it up small.
2 apples- I did one red one green
3 green onions
3-4 celery stalks
1/2 c. craisins
1 c. mayo
1 t. garlic powder
1 t. onion salt
Chop everything pretty small and mix together well. Serve. Healthy, easy, and delicious!
