Family Name Wall Decor

I'm not sure where I got this idea, it was probably a combination of ideas I had seen other places.  These pictures can be purchased that are a small section of a building that looks like a letter of the alphabet.  You can do whatever word/name you want, I did
our family name.  Mine were purchased at a craft store and the building parts are from a LDS Temple.  I'm sure you could even take your own pictures of different things in nature making letters, or a playground, or even use one letter of different product logos..... lots of different ideas!

I put each letter into a frame then cut lengths of ribbon and tied a bow in the middle.  ( I found the bunny ear way of tying them was much easier.  make 2 loops then tie the loops in a not)  then I glued the tails of the bows to each end of the top of the frame.

The bows hang on a nail in the wall and hold up the frame.  I wish my wall color was different than white and it would show better, but someday when we buy a house it will be :)
