Samoa Brownies


ok so you're probably going to hate me if you're on a diet.....  These are the BEST scrum-diddly-uptious brownies ever!  I thought the Samoa cupcakes were heaven, little did I know it could get better!  Chocolate, coconut, carmel, and brownie........ does it get better than this? I submit it does not!  Here's the recipe
- but don't blame me for ruining your diet or weight gain :)

Brownies-
2 cubes butter- melted
2 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
1 t. vanilla
2/3 c. cocoa powder
4 eggs

Mix all together and pour into a lightly sprayed baking dish.  Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes or until the middle is set.

Frosting:
1 cube butter- mostly melted
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. cocoa powder
1 t. salt
2 t. coconut extract
milk to desired consistency (about 1/4-1/2 cup)

Use the whipping attachment on your mixer to get a nice fluffy frosting.  Add as much milk as you need to get it to the consistency you want.

Frost the brownies once they've cooled.
Drizzle carmel sauce over the frosting, then sprinkle toasted coconut on top.  HEAVEN!
