Mango Orange Jam


I love experimenting with new recipes- especially new jam recipes!  My last experiment of peach-mango jam turned out so amazing I wanted to try another mango variation.  What else goes with mango's? Oranges!  So here it is: Mango Orange jam.


5 ripe mangos- peeled & cut up
juice from about 6 oranges (1 1/2 cups)
2 t. lemon juice
1 box pectin
mix well and bring to a boil then add
6 c. sugar
bring to a boil again then boil for 2 minutes.

Pour into jars and process in a water bath canner for 10 minutes
