Fry Sauce

If you've never heard of fry sauce you probably have never been to Utah!  Apparently it's a Utah thing, which I didn't know years ago when I was visiting in CA and asked for some at an In & Out burger place.  The lady looked at me like I was from Mars, and it was then that my BFF told me only people in Utah know what fry sauce is.

So I'm sharing it with you so you too can try this AMAZING sauce!!  It's really easy to make and once you try it you won't ever want just ketchup with your fries again.

The basic recipe to make fry sauce is just ketchup and mayo.  However, this recipe has a little something extra that makes something amazing even better.  Montreal Steak Seasoning!

In a bowl place mayo, ketchup and steak seasoning.  As far as proportions, I usually eyeball it, but probably something like 1/2 c. mayo, 1/4-1/3 c. ketchup, and 1/2 T steak seasoning.

It's easy, and you can make however much you need.  It's not something you can really mess up.
It's the best with some thick steak fries!
