I was given some coupons from Rhodes so it was time to experiment!
I often make homemade pizza using Rhodes Bread Dough, so I got this idea to make a smaller pizza.
Using Rhodes rolls slightly raised, I put a couple slices of pepperoni and a bit of mozzarella cheese in the dough then pinched it closed.
The first batch we made like Monkey Bread layering them into a bundt pan, baked them then pull them apart to eat.
Then we froze some in a ziploc bag for a easy freezer meal or snack in the future. When we baked those we just put them on a cookie sheet and they cooked up like rolls.
We dipped them into spaghetti sauce (or you could use pizza sauce).
These were sooooo good and all my family LOVED them! Plus being able to freeze some makes them a super easy freezer meal/snack now that school is starting again.
Thanks Rhodes for the coupons!! More experiments to come!
