Sweet & Sour Pork Chops

It really doesn't get much easier than this recipe for Sweet & Sour Pork Chops.  Only 4 ingredients.  Last night I was wanting to do something easy for dinner and came up with this idea- it turned out GREAT!
In a pan (I used a glass casserole dish) place your pork chops.
I used the boneless, but I'm sure you could do it with bone-in ones as well.

Pour the juice from 1 can of pineapple chunks over the pork chops.
(save the chunks to serve with dinner or use for another recipe)

Sprinkle brown sugar over the pork chops.  For 6 good sized pork chops I probably used 1/2 c. brown sugar.
Then pour ketchup over the pork chops, cover with tin foil, and bake at 350 for 1 hour.


Easy Cheesey Lemon Squeezy! And they tasted Fantastic!!
