In a pan (I used a glass casserole dish) place your pork chops.
I used the boneless, but I'm sure you could do it with bone-in ones as well.
Pour the juice from 1 can of pineapple chunks over the pork chops.
(save the chunks to serve with dinner or use for another recipe)
Sprinkle brown sugar over the pork chops. For 6 good sized pork chops I probably used 1/2 c. brown sugar.
Then pour ketchup over the pork chops, cover with tin foil, and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
