I love some good Chinese food! This week I wanted to tackle one of the recipes that is my favorites- egg rolls. Hunan's (every Hunan's I've ever been to) serves the best egg rolls ever. They seem to be all vegetable, but when I did a search online for a recipe all I could find was ones that included pork. So taking some ideas from some that I saw this was my attempt:
in a bowl combine:
coleslaw mix (you can buy this at the store by the bagged salads
1 T oyster sauce
1 T soy sauce
Mix well, then roll up in egg roll wrappers as shown. Fry until golden brown.
