Kids Academy App Review

I was able to download and review a few apps from Kids Academy this week and let me just say if you have kids from the ages of 2-10 you should check out these apps!  They're cute, interactive and have different levels and activities for different ages.  Addie (my 2 year old) loved the simple mazes where you move the bone to the end and the dog follows the bone.  She also loved learning how to write numbers while collecting fireflies.  The montessori style learning in these apps teaches kids on their individual level. It was my first experience with montessori teaching for my kids and we really enjoyed it and can see the value.

Preschool and Kindergarten learning kids games free for toddler

This app is super cute! My 2 year old loved the guide to write numbers.  It is easy for her to understand and encouraging for her to keep trying if she doesn't follow all the dashes and dots exactly.  There's also little firefly's along the path that get "collected" into a jar.  The free download only does up to number 3, but this is an app I can see us purchasing so she can learn how to write all the numbers in a fun way like in this app.

ABCs alphabet phonics & Montessori learn to read app for toddler

This app has a fun little maze game that my 2 year old loves! It's a simple maze where you move a dog bone with your finger to the end of the maze and a little animated puppy follows the bone leaving footprints behind him.  Once he gets to the goal there's a short little video of him playing with whatever was at the goal- the first level it's a drum so it shows him playing the drum.  There are other more advanced mazes that my 9 year old likes, the action is the same of moving the bone to the goal, but it also has problem solving skills as it will show a picture of what the puppy is thinking about and you have to find the goal in the maze that rhymes with what he's thinking of- pen/hen etc.

Bingo ABCs alphabet phonics song with farm animals cards for toddler free

This app has a cute little interactive story/song video that my kids enjoyed watching.  The classic Bingo song is brought into this generation through technology and is a great way to keep the classics alive! I'm learning that every app from Kids Academy so far is brilliant and my kids love so if it's made by them chances are your kids are going to love it, I know mine do!  The thing I love most is that their apps usually have something that will entertain and educate a wide range of ages.

Click on any of the links above to download these apps.  Apps are made for ipad and iphone.

*This was a paid review for my honest opinion of these apps*
