How to make Disneyland Tshirts

Today we'll be partying it up at Disneyland! Before we came I made these matching tshirts to help keep track of everyone.  Honestly the hardest part is probably finding the right color of shirt to fit everyone from Adult to child to infant (onesie- I had to order online) Here's how to make your own cute Disneyland Tshirts-

Using my new favorite toy, the Silhouette Cameo I cut out the mickey heads from fabric that I had ironed on some wonder under (iron on transfer) to.  After making these shirts and seeing how easy the heat transfer vinyl is to work with I probably would cut the Mickey heads out of heat transfer vinyl instead of fabric next time.

Once the mickey heads were cut out (you'll want to size the heads to fit each size shirt) Iron them on to your tshirt.

Then I put some wonder under (iron on transfer) on some Mickey ribbon and ironed the strip across the bottom of the Mickey head. This was purely to add a little color to the shirt so it wasn't just red/black/gold.

Then back to my Silhouette to cut out some numbers and letters out of some gold glitter heat transfer vinyl.  We did "DAD" and "MOM" for Scott and myself, and the kids each have the number of their birth order.  I've also seen it where people put the number of how old the child is when they go to Disneyland, but I liked the family number better- and I figured if we go again later this year or next year we can wear the shirts again.

After ironing on the gold heat transfer letters and numbers that's it!

Check out next weeks post to see some pictures of our experience at Disneyland!
