If you've been looking for a healthy snack, and a way to eat more fruits like I have lately then this is the recipe for you! Apple Nachos!! Not only do they look delicious, they taste it too! And they're a guilt free snack since the ingredients are healthy- and even if you add an "unhealthy" topping you're still eating fruit :D
I've seen a few different ways to make these, by adding different toppings such as: coconut, chocolate chips, raisins, etc. but we've stuck with good old Peanut butter and Nutella!
Once you have your apple sliced and spread out on your plate drizzle some melted peanut butter and melted Nutella on top- it's that easy!
My family has enjoyed this as a snack and as a dessert- both of which I am totally okay with since it's a much healthier option than most other snacks or desserts we've had in the past.
