Aussie Chicken

This recipe became one of my favorites!  The sauce sounds weird and gross, but trust me it's really good!
I got this from allrecipes.com but I adapt it a little...


2-3 chicken breasts- boiled, then cut up
1 package of bacon- cut up then cooked
1 small can mushrooms

Sauce:
1 cup mayo
1/2 c. mustard
1/2 c. karo syrup
1/2 c. honey
2 T. dried onions

Layer in a pan: chicken, bacon, mushrooms, then pour sauce over.  Sprinkle with cheese and bake until the cheese is well melted.
Serve over rice.
