Navajo Tacos

This is a Utah recipe apparently...something my mom always made when it rained.
It's easy! Defrost rhodes rolls (as many as you need)
pull apart the rolls to make a flat piece of dough out of each one. Then fry each in oil- this is what we call a scone. (some people call it fry bread)


Then you top the scone with cooked ground beef that's had taco seasoning added to it. Sprinkle a little cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream or whatever else you like on top!

This could be a vegetarian meal easily as well- just skip the meat, add your lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, or other veggies you like on top!
