A couple weeks ago I made it a goal to do at least 5 minutes of exercise a day. That doesn't sound like much- but it all reality every day I ended up doing something for at least 20 minutes- but the 5 minute commitment didn't seem overwhelming and it was easier to do!
The last week or so I have totally slacked off! Partially because I've been on a prescription that zonks me out! But the prescription ends tonight- so by Thursday I won't have any more excuses!
Being the multi-tasker that I am, I'm trying to come up with ways that I can incorporate this exercise into my routine.... one idea was to use a thigh master while folding laundry- or playing wii sports with the kids (quality time with them and excercise).
What ideas do you have? What small exercises do you add to your daily routine?
