I make these a lot in the Summer and although some of the ingredients are odd it's great and I get a lot of compliments on it! You can adjust it to however many people you're feeding- this is what I used tonight (except for the apple & onion) I usually just eyeball it- so it's not something that has to be precise.
This is another great recipe to use with food storage items since all (but the apple) are shelf stable, and you could even use sliced dried apples I bet!
2 cans pork & beans
1/3 c. golden raisins
1 good sized apple- diced
2/3 c. brown sugar
1 c. BBQ sauce
1 T. dried onion
Bake at 350 for 30 mins.
