Food Storage Update Day

ok, it didn't take me long to come up with an idea of what to do this weekend!  It's been too long since I have organized and updated our food storage!
I noticed a shelf fell down in one of the closets, so that's now on the Honey-do list.  So my plan is: organize the food storage closet and maybe even see if I can fit another shelf unit in the boys closet.  The house we are currently in is very small! So I've had to come up with creative ways to expand storage possibilities.  Since the kids don't need their closet for clothes we have turned my DD's closet into the main food storage closet.  We've fit cases and 10# cans of food storage under the beds in both kid bedrooms.

So if you are new to food storage here's some resources that might help (comment if you are interested in reading more posts on food storage tips and info- and I'll post about it more often):

Wendy Dewitt- she does an awesome presentation on food storage.  She talks about canning, and sealing things in jars with vacuum sealers.  She's fun to listen to and has a lot of good information!

I have created a Food Storage check  list (posted about earlier) since I couldn't figure out a way to have it a download here I set it up with a paypal button where you can buy it for $1.
