Green Bean Casserole

Another winner I found on www.allrecipes.com I'm telling you, their website rocks!
I made this with wheat flour, and it was really good! (and the kids didn't know it was wheat  hehe) anything to make it a little more healthy!

2 T butter- melt in pan then add
2 T flour
Mix well, then add:
1 c. sour cream
1 t. salt
1 t. sugar
1/4 c. onion- diced (I used red onion)
Mix together then add:
3 cans green beans
Once green beans are coated,  pour into a casserole dish.
Sprinkle cheese on top, then sprinkle crushed Ritz crackers
(the original recipe called for butter with the Ritz but I wanted to save on the fat/calories so I didn't add it, and it was great!)
