Just like the cheese enchiladas these come with Mexican rice as a bonus side dish- makes my job easier when it's already provided!
Although the cheese enchiladas were good, my family LOVED the chicken ones! And personally as a non-fan of Mexican food I really liked them.
The family size had 6 enchiladas which was a good size to feed our family, everyone loved them so much we probably could have polished off another couple of enchiladas though.

Mmmm... These look better the cheese ones for sure! My favorite mexican food is a dish at the Red Iguana restaurant in SLC. It's an almond mole with strips of steak, jalapenos, onions, and tomatoes served with fresh tortillas. To die for yummy!!

Chicken Enchiladas are the best.Add alittle sour cream and salsa on the top and YUM!
