Monkey Bread

Monkey bread is a great easy breakfast on those busy mornings.  You can do different flavors too.  I usually use butterscotch pudding.  This one is made with cinnamon sugar & frosted so it's just like cinnamon rolls.

The kids love this too!

How to make:
defrost some bread dough (I use Rhodes rolls)
Spray a bundt pan with Pam spray
Make layers of:
dough rolls
butterscotch pudding powder (or cinnamon sugar)
sprinkle of brown sugar

Continue to layer until the bundt pan is full.
Melt 1/2 cube of butter and drizzle it on top.
You can cover this and put this in the fridge overnight then just take it out in the morning and bake, or you can let it rise on your counter then bake it.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour covered with tinfoil then 20 minutes uncovered until golden.
This can be tricky to get it cooked all the way through.  if you turn it out onto a plate and the bottom is doughy then just put it back into the bundt pan and cook some more.

It's great because each roll pulls apart!
