Cheddar Broccoli Soup


If you've ever had soup at a bakery or restaurant that tastes amazing and you wish you could have it at home, well you can!  Most places use mixes like Bear Creek, and you can buy the mix too!
Cheddar Broccoli is my favorite.  Usually I will add some chicken and cut up broccoli to it and maybe even some Velveeta cheese.  I can make a HUGE pot of this that tastes great and feeds a lot of people! (or gives a lot of leftovers) 
And yes, this soup can be frozen! (I freeze it in ice cube trays then save in a Ziploc bag for quick small servings in the future)

I can buy a big tub like the one pictured in my local grocery store for around $10.  It's enough to make quite a few batches.  And when I add in chicken, broccoli etc. it makes it go even further!
Next I just need to find the mix for my second favorite- cream of asparagus!
