Cinnamon Swirl Bread

Here's another fun experiment I tried with the Rhodes bread dough.  The local bakery here makes this amazing cinnamon swirl bread- so I wanted to try my own version.

It was really easy to do- once the bread dough was defrosted I rolled it out then sprinkled some cinnamon sugar on top, and then I found some cinnamon chips and sprinkled them on too!

Then just roll the dough up and place it in the bread pan to raise.  Once it's raised bake at 350 for 30-40 mins or until golden brown on top.
I think I rolled mine the wrong direction so I didn't get as much of a swirl as I would have liked, but we'll be making this again in the future so I'm sure it'll get perfected!  It tasted amazing!!

*Rhodes provided me with some coupons for their products, but otherwise did not pay me for this post :) *
