Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

This is simply the best, easiest fool-proof way to make pumpkin chocolate chip cookies.  You can also make them as muffins instead.  Only 3 ingredients! There's lots of options and varieties you can try too.I was told when you make these as muffins they are only 1 point each if you are doing weight watchers. (so that's like 3 cookies right?)  You can make them with different flavors of cake mix (chocolate etc).
Here's the recipe-

1 can (small- soup can size) pumpkin
1 box spice cake mix
2-3 handfuls of mini chocolate chips

(I usually double the recipe and use 1 large can of pumpkin, 2 boxes of cake mix and half a bag of mini chocolate chips)

When you first start mixing the pumpkin and cake mix it looks dry- but keep mixing and it will come together.  Then it will look like this:

Spoon onto a greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes (depending on your oven)  You want to make sure they are cooked but not over cooked (that's how they'll stay soft)
