Crock pot BBQ Beef sandwiches

Crock pot meals are a lifesaver when life gets busy! I was in the mood for something bbq flavored and decided to have a little fun experiment.  Since I had a small roast in my freezer I wanted to cook it long enough that it would shred easily and we could have it on small rolls.
This was a winner in my family!

In my crock pot I put the roast, then a good coating (probably close to one of the small bottles) of KC Masterpiece BBQ sauce, 1/4 c. of apple cider vinegar and about 1/2 of a IBC root beer (one of my secret loves).
I cooked it on low most of the day as we were out and about.  By the time we were ready to eat it, it was all that I had hoped for!  The root beer and vinegar had broken down the meat and made it oh so tender!
