Although this picture doesn't do this recipe much justice, trust me, this is an AMAZING recipe! I had some at a potluck and both my husband and I loved it so much we wanted to make it. But I couldn't find out who made it to get the recipe, so I made the recipe up. Actually I changed it a little but it turned out even better!
Here's the recipe:
1 pomegranate (seeded)
1 package of raspberries
1 small container of cool whip
1 large box of Lemon instant pudding
1 small box of cheesecake or vanilla instant pudding
4 cups milk
Mix the pudding and milk until it starts to get thick. Fold in cool whip and mix until combined, then gently fold in pomegranate seeds and raspberries.
This was such an awesome salad- and different from your run of the mill fruit salads. Hope you enjoy!
