Here comes trouble! When Horrid Henry's school is in danger will he rise to the occasion to save the school and the teachers he likes? This is a silly movie that my kids loved. Complete with characters that you will love, hate, and get annoyed by. But that's what makes a good movie right?
We were sent this movie to review and my kids quickly became fans. The silliness of some of the things said and done in the movie cater to children's sense of humor and reasoning. And what kid doesn't want to see the "horrid Henry" become the hero? There are also Horrid Henry books- watch for my review of one of the books next week.
Our movie came with a slime pack-
I haven't let my kids play with the slime pack yet- because quite frankly I'm not sure I want the mess yet! But I'm sure eventually we'll pull it out.
This is a British film, so be prepared for odd humor and accents throughout the movie. I have to say the biggest shock to me was Angelica Huston! I didn't even recognize her! I'm not sure if it's just how she's aged, or if she's had too much plastic surgery, but it definitely didn't look like the actress I remember from Adam's family and Ever After :( She still is a great actress however, so the physical appearance didn't change that, and this is a very different role then other's I've seen her as.
