This is only one of the many thousands of reasons I LOVE having a silhouette! Seriously, if you don't have one yet- get one! They make creative ideas and projects so easy and quick. So the other day I was at the dollar store and they had these cute little pint mason jar cups/glasses and I thought to myself- "we could use some cute glasses like those, I bet I could personalize them up a little easily too" So I bought 8- enough for each person in my family.
Seriously, get a silhouette!
After a few minutes in my silhouette program I had everyone's name in the Waltograph font (that looks like Disney writing) which goes perfectly in my Mickey Mouse kitchen. A few minutes of the machine cutting them out, then I peeled off the extra vinyl and applied them to the cups.
They turned out so cute! I told each person that they had their own glass/cup and they were responsible for using that same one each day and washing it out as needed. They were actually pretty excited about it.
I think I'll go back and get 10 or so more and put some Mickey Mouse heads on them or something for guests.
What do you think? Worth $8??
