One of the best shows has now ended. Sadly we say goodbye to The Office as the last episode airs. After watching this show for years I have to admit there were lapses in my viewing, but I kept coming back ever after Micheal Scott (Steve Carell) left the show. But one thing I must say is how much I enjoyed the last few episodes!
There's nothing more frustrating than to have a show end leaving you hanging or with such a depressing end you regret watching it to begin with. The office ended with a perfect ending- everyone moving on in the best way for them and it was great to see that people really can create their own happiness and have a good life. What great closure to a great show!
The last couple of episodes finally incorporated some of the familiar Dwight and Jim stunts that were so entertaining in seasons before. They had me laughing! I have to say the last 4 episodes are probably my all time favorites of all the seasons. Although there are many memorable episodes- one of our favorites is:
And I have to say I actually cheered and clapped my hands when Michael appeared in the season finale- it was like he was my long lost friend too. I just wish I could have been there in person to give them all hugs goodbye too! That's what a great show like this does- makes you feel like you are part of it.
