Reese's Pieces Cookies

Who says you can't shake things up a bit? Even when it comes to a cookie!  We experimented with making these Reese's Pieces Cookies last week and they turned out so great we wanted to share them with you!  I love that the stores offer so many different baking mixins these days.  It's a fun way to shake things up and try something a little different than the normal.  Here's the recipe-
Basically its just your standard cookie dough-

1 cup butter- soft
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 t. vanilla
1 t. baking soda
1 t. salt
3 cups flour (give or take a little depending on the consistency)

Then add in your Reese's Pieces baking bits!  If you can't find the mini ones then you can always use the full size ones.

I love when the cookies turn out just perfect in size, color and texture!! These did!! (ignore my stained and very loved cookie sheet- I promise it's clean!)
