This week we tested another popular Pinterest recipe we've seen posting around a lot. I found a few slightly different versions- some put veggies, some didn't etc. So we also did our own version and let me tell you this crock pot chicken casserole is AMAZING!!! My family all loved it, it was super easy and best of all didn't heat up the house to make. The pictures don't do it justice, in fact it will be listed in our new "ugly deliciousness" label :)
Anyone can make this super easy recipe-
In your crock pot put:
4 chicken breasts (mine were frozen and still cooked perfectly in 4 hours)
1 box of stuffing - sprinkle over the chicken
Then in a separate bowl mix
2 cans of cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1/2 c. milk
Pour this mixture over the stuffing and chicken.
Then sprinkle a bag of frozen veggies on top- I did mixed veggies but I'm sure any would be delicious.
Cook on high for 4 hours and then enjoy!!
TESTED, TRIED, LOVED! Will be making again!!
