After seeing some ideas on Pinterest we decided to try out our own version of Tortellini Stew in the Crockpot. Boy was it good!! It was so easy, and quick as crockpot recipes go. I even added some corn just to give it a little something extra.
In your crockpot put:
1 bag of tortellini's (mine were frozen)
1 can of stewed tomatoes
1 small can of tomato sauce
1 jar of spaghetti sauce
And I did 1 can of creamed corn and 1 can of kernel corn, I'm sure any combination will work.
Cook on high for about 2 hours or until nice and hot.
All my kids really enjoyed this one which surprised me a little, I'm not going to lie. It was almost like a homemade version of ravioli.
