Pizza Monkey Bread from Pinterest

After seeing this idea on a few Pinterest pins it was one we HAD to try!  It was really easy and we all loved it.  Needless to say if you are a fan of pizza you'll love this pizza monkey bread.  I did change up the recipe a bit (as usual) here's how you make it:
Cut 3 cans of biscuits into 1/4ths (the kind you get in the fridge section at the store)
Cut a good amount of pepperoni (if you like it) into half

In a bowl mix together about 1/4-1/3 c. olive oil, 1 T Italian seasoning, and 1/4 c. parmesan cheese.
Add the cut up biscuits and pepperoni and stir until they're well coated.

Place half of the mixture into the bottom of a bundt pan, and then pour a little sauce on top. (not too much so it doesn't end up soggy, but a little gives it a good flavor)  I just use spaghetti sauce.  Then sprinkle some mozzarella or pizza blend cheese on top.

Then add the rest of the biscuit mixture on top with a little more sauce.  Add cheese on top.

Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until nice and golden.  You may want to bake it with tinfoil over the top for some of the time to make sure it all gets cooked- when we first took ours out it looked done, but we found out the bottom ones were still doughy. If that happens to you, just put it back in the oven for another 15 minutes or so.

This gets 2 thumbs up from our family!! Going to make sure to add it to our list of meal ideas.  Would also be great for a party.......... Superbowl....... love it!
