Kazaz! Storybook app review

I was able to review a new storybook app called Kazaz! this week.  After downloading the app I was able to download 3 stories.  One story tells about Kazaz, a planet that learns how to make friends when a fireball accidentally collides into it leaving a bit of it's fireball magic inside Kazaz which grows into islands with people and animals on it.  The other stories happen on the islands.
Addie, my 2 year old and I read the stories, or rather had them read to us through the app.  The narrator has a pleasant and animated voice that helps bring the story to life.  Along with the colorful and fun pictures on each page.

The 2 stories on the island on Kazaz are: The Music Man, which is a song about a man who can play different instruments.  It's a cute song that is easily learned and can be sung along with.  When you first click on it you watch the story song as a video, but after watching it as a video you can also have it read to you in the same story format as the other stories.  The second story is The Story of Wooding.  It's a story about a swan who wants to go to a place he's never been.  With his parents with him they visit the far off place that turns out to be a village and have quite the adventure while there.

Aside from the stories there are also some educational movie's and information that's very interesting for older children.  I learned some new things about the Hubble Telescope I didn't know before.
