It's week 19! If you started at the first of the year this week is just around Mother's Day so happy Mother's day! Take some time to really look over the past 19 weeks and all that you've been able to accomplish... you're amazing! Week 19 will be awesome.

Week 19:
Medicines
- Time to go through, organize and throw out old medicines
- Vitamins too if you have those!
Deep Clean Project
- This weeks would be a great time to finally try that awesome cleaning technique for microfiber couches, or carpet stains, or getting that crayon off the walls etc.
- Each week set aside $5-20 depending on your financial situation. Put the money in a safe place where you wont be tempted to dip into it.
- You should have a pretty good stash building up! Don't let yourself dip into it! Think of the end result you want.
- Each week I will give you a new recipe to try out.
- This week's recipe is the best cheesecake I've ever had! It takes a lot of time, but it's worth it! Indulge for Mother's Day!

- Remember, people who meditate regularly are less stressed and more healthy.
- Take at least 30 minutes this week to meditate.
Invite someone over for dinner
- Food is always a great way to make friends!
- Invite someone over for dinner and enjoy getting to know them better over a good meal
Buy 5 cans of cream of mushroom soup
- your food storage will be adding up!
