Steak Chip Dip

While grocery shopping the other day the kids and I got to sample the most amazing little appetizer ever! They had put this "meat bite" I think they called it, into one of those scoops chips that look like mini bowls.  It would be perfect appetizers for a party in those chips, however to save time we made my version in a casserole dish and just scooped it with normal chips.

First make your guacamole- For mine I just mash up avocado then add a little lime juice and salsa.

Spread the guacamole in the bottom of the pan, then spread sour cream on top of that.

Top with a little bit of salsa.

For the meat I sliced up a couple of steaks, cooked them in a little olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and steak seasoning.  Once the meat was cooked I placed it on top of the salsa layer.

DELICIOUS!!  Seriously- it was gone FAST!
