Italian Chicken Bread


Years ago I invented this and my family loves it!  Normally we make it into a loaf of bread, but this time I tried something different and put it into rolls as well.


Saute chicken in olive oil and garlic & herb seasoning

roll out bread dough (I use Rhodes frozen dough/rolls)


Sprinkle cheese on the dough (you can use mozzarella or Parmesan)

Place chicken on the cheese then roll up the dough.


Bake at 350 until bread is golden.

I serve this with my miracle sauce on top! (see recipe)
