Chicken Fried Steak & Gravy

We tried another experiment recipe that turned out GREAT and I wanted to share it with you- Chicken Fried Steak.  It was pretty easy to make and tasted fantastic!
What we used:
4 cube steaks
4 T Onion Crunch (see picture)
3/4 c. flour
Misc. seasonings- green salad seasoning, seasoned salt, and garlic powder (these could be any you like)
Olive Oil

On a plate combine the flour, onion crunch (in picture), and seasonings and mix together with a fork.  Then take each steak and coat them in the flour mixture. (don't throw away the flour yet!)  Place the steaks into a pan with enough olive oil to coat the bottom.  Cook until golden.

Once the steaks are done you can remove them from the pan, add about 2 T butter- let it melt, then add the seasoned flour.  Once the butter and flour are combined add about 2 cups of milk slowly while stirring so you don't get chunks and it will make a great gravy to go on top of the steaks!  You can add any extra seasoning to the gravy you think it needs.

Enjoy!! We ate these with some mashed potatoes and corn! YummEEE!!!
