Sliders


I love appetizers and finger foods!  These sliders were perfect for the super bowl, but I'm thinking we may just need to make them more often.  They didn't take very long to make and tasted amazing.
In the ground beef I added
1-2 eggs per lb (helps them stick together while cooking)
2 T minced garlic
1 T Montreal steak seasoning (you can add any seasoning you like)

You could also add any other mix-ins like onions, mushrooms, etc.

Form them into small patties keeping in mind as they cook they will get smaller and thicker. (this took a little practice to get the right size.

For the buns- I just defrosted and cooked some Rhodes Rolls!!  They were the perfect size and the taste was amazing as usual.

Add a little ketchup, mustard, or even sauteed onions and mushrooms.
