Wen Review

A friend gave me a bottle of this hair cleansing conditioner called Wen.  It's supposed to be specifically made for curly hair- to tame the frizz.  And heaven knows this red head's frizz needs to be tamed!  So I've tried it out for the past few weeks, here's what I thought.
First of all let me tell you, it's not like normal shampoo or conditioner.  It doesn't lather.  It's odd when your scrubbing your hair with no bubbles.  Then you leave it in your hair while you wash and shave or whatever else you need to do then rinse your hair out last.  It will feel super silky when you rinse it out.

One thing I've noticed is that I have to wash my hair more often because it gets greasy looking quicker.  When my friend gave it to me she suggested using it once like a shampoo and rinse it out immediately, then put more in like a conditioner and leave it in until right before getting out of the shower.  But I found when I did this my hair seemed weighed down and got even more greasy looking faster.

Over all, this seems to be a nice product.  I think because of the greasy factor I will use this every other time I wash my hair and see how that works.
