Today I'm going to detour from the regular Friday recipe/food post and tell you about a pretty cool online company every home owner should check out. Blinds.com. Adding blinds to your windows will give not only privacy but help insulate your house to help keep it cool in Summer and warm in Winter, and they also add a sense of style and decoration.
When I first went to the website: www.blinds.com I LOVED the picture of the 3 different colored blinds in the showroom. It added such a sense of style and class that only blinds can do!
As I browsed the website there was the typical types of blinds, shutters, shades & draperies, but then I came across a very awesome product- Stained glass applique!
Imagine, you have a door or window that you don't want to replace, but want to jazz it up a little bit- you can get an applique to stick to your window and make it look like it's stained glass! This is one of the coolest things I've seen, I love it! They are a little pricey but cheaper than replacing a door or window and buying one with stained glass! There are even different styles, designs, colors, and shapes for different sizes and shapes of windows.
