Wallpaper boarder around a door

Today I thought I'd share a fun idea my mom did in her house.  Since they've sold the house and are moving soon I had to take lots of pictures for memories and thought there were some fun decorating ideas to share with you!  After all, my mom is an interior decorator :)
This is in the master bedroom.  The doorway shown is open (no door) and goes between the bedroom and the bathroom.  When my parents built this house wallpaper was very in, so she has a lot of it throughout the house.

In this room there are 2 coordinating patterns with a matching boarder between them.  Instead of the traditional ending at a doorway she took the boarder and went around the doorway framing it.  Something a little different, but looks awesome to me!

This is an idea I may use at some point when we buy a house of our own.
